And, so, another odyssey comes to an end. After all the planning that went into this one, we were very pleased it unfolded almost exactly as we envisioned. Next time, though, if we're off to Europe again, maybe we would choose a single, escorted tour --- preparations for a trip like that would certainly take less time. Alternatively, a shared adventure in the USA might be simpler and easier to arrange. There's much worthwhile to see and do in our country and it is much closer at hand.
It was a great experience sharing the stay in Switzerland and the Rhine cruise with our State College friends. Truly, they have earned the title "World Travelers."
